then goto start>control panel> Accessibility options> Display Tab> if High Contrast enable, then disable it. if it's disable then enable it> press OK. Once again goto Accessibility options> Display Tab> Disable "Use High Contrast" and then press OK.

Now ms office all applications are view in normal mode. Thank You...............
